Sports Massage in Los Angeles
Recovery-focused massage for people who train — lifters, runners, players and anyone with an active routine. We come to your home or hotel so you can recover without another drive.
Massage from someone who trains
We train regularly ourselves and understand firsthand how lifting, running and intense activity load the body — tight hips after leg day, stiff upper backs from pressing, calves and hamstrings after long runs. That experience shapes how we approach every sports massage: we pay close attention to muscle tension, pressure points and what your body needs to recover for the next session.
We are massage therapists, not doctors or physical therapists, and we don't diagnose or treat injuries. If you're dealing with an injury, please work with a medical professional and let us know so we can adjust.
What a sports massage session includes
Sports massage combines deeper pressure, targeted work on the muscle groups you train most, and techniques that help you feel looser and more mobile. We'll ask what you've been training, where you feel tight and when your next workout or event is, then build the session around that.
Before a big event we keep the work lighter and more energizing. After hard training or competition we focus on recovery and releasing tension.
Post-workout massage at home
The best time to recover is when you can rest afterwards. Booking a mobile sports massage means no driving across LA sore and tired — the table is set up in your living room or hotel room, and when we're done you can eat, hydrate and sleep.
Who books sports massage
Our clients include weight-training enthusiasts, runners, recreational and professional athletes, dancers, and people with physically demanding jobs. You don't need to be an athlete — if you're active and want your body to feel better between sessions, sports massage is a good fit.
Sports massage is available with every booking of our mobile massage in LA — at home, at your hotel or after training.
